I have Trauma Center also, which is a good ass game. This puts a fun and interesting twist on the concept. Love the buckets of blood, and how u have the vampire thrown in there. Good Work. And, yea, I'm pretty sure that guy with the boils would be dead after your "brilliant" surgery.

I used to watch the Reading Rainbow cartoons u did, and play the Bill Cosby Fun Game. They were fun, but this was on an entirely different level. The art style really suits the subject of the cartoon. Good job.

your hit detection is off. You don't even have to touch a cone to lose, as with the Goal. One time i was nowhere near the goal and i still completed the level. There are easy ways to fix this.

Finally, something thats not a tetris or a snake game. I don't even really like RPG's that much, but i spent some time with this and I like it. It has polish. One thing I would suggest is some more sound. Perhaps some ambient sounds or music playing while you're doing stuff so it won't be so silent.
